19 October 2023 – The draw for semi-finals of the 2023 edition of the Sasol League National Championships was conducted this afternoon at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein with some tantalizing matches in the offing.
The draw was conducted at the end of yet another entertaining day of matches.
Ramatlaohle Ladies from Limpopo will take on Lindelani Ladies from KwaZulu Natal at 11am in the first semi-final. Lindelani Ladies booked their semi-final ticket following a runaway 5-1 victory over Royal Wizards from the Northern Cape in the last match of the group stages.
University of Fort Hare will clash with Crouses Ladies at 15h00 in the second semi-final. Both teams topped their groups after two straight wins in the group stages.
Both matches will be played at Dr Petrus Molemela.
The winners of the two semi-final matches will automatically be promoted to the Hollywoodbets Super League and will contest for the 2023 Sasol League National Champions trophy on Sunday, 22 October 2023.
The winners will walk away with R200 000 while the runners-up will receive R100 000.
Entry to the matches is free of charge.
The semi-final matches will be broadcast live on SABC Sport.
