8 July 2023 – Bafana Bafana came back from a goal down to beat Botswana 2-1 in the COSAFA Cup at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Durban on Saturday (08 July 2023).
Botswana’s Thatayaone Kgamanyane scored the opening goal in the first half but the game turned when Iqraam Rayners levelled matters from the penalty spot. Shaune Mogaila scored the second to give the hosts victory..
