15 October 2022 – The South African Football Association (SAFA) has parted ways with Head of Commercial and Marketing Amanda Dlamini.

SAFA CEO Advocate Tebogo Motlanthe confirmed that the two parties amicably agreed to go their separate ways, ending a relationship that began in July last year.

“We wish her good luck in her future endeavors,” the SAFA CEO said. “The Head of Commercial and Marketing is a very important position for SAFA and we will seek a suitable candidate as replacement.”

Advocate Motlanthe also addressed a report that claimed there could be other departures from SAFA House in the coming weeks or months.

“There are no heads that are going to roll, as the media report claimed. The only thing we are doing is looking at ways to strengthen our administration.”
