PERSONAL PROFILE:
In the afternoon of Wednesday, 4th November 1970, at a small town called Barkly West which is situated 40km west from the Capital City of the Northern Cape, Kimberley, a rural and domestic woman called Lenah Monnie White gave birth to her first healthy little boy who was later named Gladwyn Martin White by his grand-parents.
Gladwyn White is an energetic, open-minded, ambitious and resourceful leader who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertakes, or situation that he is presented with. As a graduate with abundant of experience in management, he possesses an excellent ability to motivate others, coupled with the ability to communicate comfortably at all levels, therefore ensuring an excellent working environment for all members of the team to perform at their best. He’s an entrepreneur striving to capacitate fellow Small, Micro & Medium Entrepreneurs on dealing with today’s economic challenges. He serves as Director on 4 private entities such as:
