29 October 2021 – JVW and University of the Western Cape return to action in the Hollywoodbets Super League this weekend following the postponement of their matches in September/October 2021 due to unavailability of players who were called up to the U20 and Senior Women’s National Teams.

The two teams were some of the clubs who had a number of players called up to the national team and as a result, were exempted from fulfilling their league fixtures.

This weekend will see five Hollywoodbets Super League matches played across the country and four of those matches will be played on Saturday, 30 October 2021.

The Tshwane University of Technology, who have remained consistent in recent weeks to cement their second spot of the log, will host Thunderbirds Ladies at the TUT Stadium in Pretoria hoping for another three crucial points.

Durban Ladies who have also shown some consistency, travel to Giyani for a tricky assignment against Ma-Indies FC.

Richmond United welcome newly crowned Varsity Cup champions University of the Western Cape at Merino Stadium in De Aar while reigning champions and current log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies entertain Coal City Wizards. This will be their last game before jetting off to Egypt for the inaugural CAF Women’s Champions League, where they will represent the COSAFA Region.

JVW Ladies host First Touch Academy on Sunday, 31 October 2021 in what promises to be an entertaining clash at their Tsakane Stadium cauldron. This match is live on SABC 1 and Channel 124 on Openview with the buildup from14h30.
