29 October 2021 – The SAFA Disciplinary Committee has released the verdict on three cases that were pending in the Hollywoodbets Super League. The three cases were against the following clubs; Bloemfontein Celtic, First Touch Academy and Mamelodi Sundowns.

On 28 August 2021, Bloemfontein Celtic failed to provide Emergency Medical Services for their home match against The University of Johannesburg, resulting in the match being called off.
As a result, Celtic Ladies were found guilty of this charge and the DC awarded three points along with 2 goals against Celtic to University of Johannesburg.

In the matter where First Touch Academy players and officials were charged with misbehaviour on 9 October 2021 in the match against Thunderbirds, in East London, this case was dismissed for lack of evidence.

Reigning champions and log leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns were found guilty for failure to follow Covid-19 protocols. They failed to fumigate the dressing rooms 3 hours before their match against First Touch Academy on 12 June 2021, a prerequisite for all matches.

First Touch Academy were awarded three points and two goals, for this fixture.
