21 January 2021 – The South African Senior Women’s National team players continue to establish their presence in the elite European leagues

Jermaine Seoposenwe has been the talk of the town, after scoring two brilliant goals for her club FC Braga to help them win the Portuguese Cup. She has had a great season in Portugal and with her current showing, will most definitely secure a bigger contract going forward.

Noko Matlou, who joined Thembi Kgatlana at SD Eibar in Spain, finally made her debut last week as she was included in the starting eleven while Kgatlana continues her amazing goal-scoring feat for the club.

Janine Van Wyk is also having the time of her life in Scotland where she plays for Glasgow City. She has been sharing her experiences of football in the snow on social media.

Linda Motlhalo who is plying her trade at Djurgarden FC in Stockholm, Sweden was voted newcomer of the year for 2020. Nothando Vilakazi has also finally made her debut for Spanish based EDF Logrono Femenino, where she will be fighting for regular time.

U20 Women’s National team player Sinoxolo Cesane has moved to USA based Eats Tennesse State University on a scholarship and will be playing in the University league.
