5 November 2020 – The South African Football Association (SAFA) would like to wish all Matriculants the best of luck in their final exams that start today, Thursday, 5 November 2020.
‘’This is the defining moment for all the Matriculants as they sit for their exams. All the years of hard work will be defined by these exams and on behalf of SAFA, would like to wish everyone writing the exams all the best,’’ said SAFA President, Dr Danny Jordaan.
‘’We have a number of national team players especially in our junior teams who are also undergoing this process and I want to remind them that good and sound education is always the perfect fall-back plan in this journey called life.
‘’As the Association, we always encourage players that they should back up their careers with sound education. Sport is a short lived career that needs a good back up plan and there is no better back up plan that beats sound education,’’ added Dr Jordaan.
