15 October 2020 – The draw of the ABC Motsepe national play-offs was conducted at SAFA House on Thursday, 15 October 2020. The play-offs will run from 9-14 November 2020 at the Vaal University of Technology in Gauteng.
The draw was attended by all nine clubs that will participate in the playoffs. Also in attendance was SAFA vice-president and chair of the SAFA Competitions Committee, Mr Gladwyn White, SAFA CEO, Advocate Tebogo Motlanthe and Motsepe Foundation representative, Mr Peter Ledwaba.
Pretoria Callies and Zizwe United FC will set the ball rolling on 9 November and this clash will be followed by Mangaung Unite against Bizana Pondo Chiefs. Umvoti FC’s clash with Hungry Lions will round off the day’s proceedings.
The following day, Bizana Pondo Chiefs will meet Mikhado FC, followed by the match between Hungry Lions and FC Mpumalanga United. Zizwe United FC and Polokwane City Rovers will bring the day’s proceedings to a close.
On 11 November, FC Mpumalanga United will meet Umvoti, Polokwane City will clash with Pretoria Callies and Mikhado FC will engage Mangaung Unite.
The semi-finals will take place on 12 November with the final scheduled for 14 November at the Vaal University of Technology Stadium.
