8 October 2020 – The South African Senior Men’s National Team Head Coach, Molefi Ntseki has named his starting line-up to face Namibia in an international friendly match this evening.

Bafana Bafana will face Namibia at 18h00 at Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg, North West. This match will be broadcast live on SABC 3 with the build-up starting at 17h30.

Goalkeeper Ronwen Williams will captain the side while Thibang Phete will get his first ever Bafana Bafana cap at the center back alongside the solid Mosa Lebusa.

Innocent Maela and Reeve Frosler will start at left and right back respectively.

Mothiba Mvala who has had a great season at club level will anchor the midfield while Siyethemba Sithebe and Thabo Nodada will also make their Bafana Bafana debuts at right and left wing respectively.

Bafana Bafana’s attack will consists of Keagan Dolly, Luther Singh and Kermit Erasmus.

Thulani Hlatshwayo, Andile Jali, Themba Zwane and Darren Keet will not be considered for today’s match while Lebohang Manyama is still undergoing treatment for his lower back strain.
