10 November 2019 — SuperSport United FC duo Sipho Mbule and Teboho Mokoena arrived in Cairo, Egypt today to add to coach David Notoane’s South Africa’s National Under-23’s 15-man squad.

South Africa played to a 0-0 draw in their opening Group B match against Zambia, and will now lock horns with the West African on 12 October at the Al Salam Stadium.
That match will kick-off at 20h00.
“I am happy to state that both Teboho Mokoena and Sipho Mbule arrived in perfect health building up to our second Group B match against Ivory Coast,” Notoane said. “I must also commend my charges on how they played in our opening Group B match against Zambia on Saturday.
“We played really well, created plenty of scoring opportunities, however, goals could not come our way. We will continue working really hard in making sure that we push for a win in our next group match.”
Meanwhile, the coach revealed that both Cercle Brugge K.S.V striker Lyle Foster and Moreirense FC attacking midfielder Luther Singh will join the team this evening.
The coach added that he was looking forward to having these two extra players in camp, as they will have a massive impact in his preparations plans leading to their match against Ivory Coast on Tuesday afternoon.
