3 September 2019 – Bafana Bafana trained at Steyn City School in Fourways on Day 2 since getting into camp where new coach Molefi Ntseki’s boys are preparing for a friendly international match against Zambia on Saturday, 7 September 2019 in Lusaka.
This will be Ntseki’s first official game in charge since he was appointed as substantive coach this past Saturday.
Saturday’s match against Chipolopolo of Zambia is scheduled to kick off at 15h00.
Bafana Bafana started a new era under Ntseki on Monday and on Tuesday, all players had reported for duty with Bongani Zungu and Lebogang Phiri arriving in the country on Tuesday morning.
The two French-based duo sat out during the morning session but were set to have a light session in the second training in the afternoon.
On Wednesday, Bafana Bafana are scheduled to play Moroka Swallows at Dobsonville Stadium in a practice match at 10h00.
The team will have another session at Steyn City on Thursday afternoon before departing for Zambia later on the same day.
During Tuesday’s session, coach Ntseki took charge of most of the practice sessions as he started to instil his philosophy.
And almost all of the players were full of praise of the new mentor describing him as a dawn of a new and exciting era.
