18 June 2019 – Banyana Banyana exited the FIFA Women’s World Cup after suffering their third defeat of their group matches on Sunday, 17 June against Germany.
The Sasol-sponsored Banyana Banyana team displayed a gutsy performance in all their matches but it was unfortunately not meant to be for the Desiree Ellis led side.
