26 March 2019 – KwaZulu-Natal ABC Motsepe League table toppers, Summersfield Dynms registered a valuable 1-0 away win to maintain the gap between themselves and second placed Happy Wanderers who cruised past XI Experience with a 3-1 victory.
The log leaders are just a few matches away from being crowned the provinces’ champions and secure a place in the highly anticipated ABC Motsepe National Play Offs where a place in the National First Division will be up for grabs.
Victories in all their remaining fixtures will secure them the title regardless of what happens with Wanderers and third placed Mvoti United. Dynms welcomes GWP Friends on Saturday in what should be a highly tactical match against the fourth placed club.
Wanderers, who look determined to fight till the very last whistle are away to Rainham Sporting on Sunday where anything less than a victory could spell the end for their title race.
Mvoti United are also in action on Sunday against as they prepare to welcome Ladysmith United. United are third on the table but their 13-point gap from the log leaders has ruled them out of the race.
