This year’s tournament will run from 1–9 December 2018 in Kimberly.

“The amount of success we see with our senior women’s senior national team (Banyana Banyana) comes from the amount of hard work we (SAFA and SASOL) put on ground level,” Paul said.

“We would like to thank SASOL for partnering with us in this journey of helping improve the standard of women’s football in the country. I am glad that results are there for all to see within our women national teams.”

“Not so long ago, Banyana Banyana where crowned CAFs 2017 Team of the Year and just recently, defended their COSAFA Women’s Championship title. Their performance in this year’s Africa Women’s Cup of Nations has been very impressive and they seem the team to beat.”

“This is our 10th year since we decided to partner with SAFA on this journey,” Mbatha said. “And we are very much happy with that.
