18 Octber 2018 — Mpumalanga Sasol League – Stream A has ended in style with all the home teams getting 2-0 victories in Stream B.
Last season’s Stream A champions Coal Wizards did it again this year despite not honouring their last game against third place Losta Stars Ladies. Nevertheless Coal City Wizards head to the Mpumalanga Streams playoffs were they will face Nkomazi Ladies, Stream B champions.
The last regular season fixture of 2018 sees Tk Stars Ladies, currently in position four of Stream B, welcoming Flamingo Ladies in Likazi Thembeka Sport Field, this coming Sunday.
A win for TK Stars would secure them third place on the final Stream B log but Flamingo Ladies are also looking to end their season with a win.
Assistant coach of TK Stars Ladies said, The team was ready for Flamingo and it wouldn’t be an easy game but they would be going all out.”
The coach continued by saying that next season he expects to challenge for the title.
