27 March 2018 – The Dolphins have successfully defended their Limpopo ABC Motsepe League title with two games to spare thanks to goals. Dolphins only needed a draw from  game but walked away with maximum points after they destroyed the hosts 4-1.

Ndengeza FC have claimed one of the sweetest revenges of the season by beating Mikhado 3-0 at Giyani Stadium which meant they equalled a 3 goal margin Mikhado defeated them with in the first round at Ha-Rabali stadium.

The biggest talking point of the week took place at Makhado Showground where relegation threatened Joe Maweja thrashed their local rivals Madridtas 8-0 in the Vhembe derby. The score-line was a record equalling Polokwane United’s thumping of Giyani Hotspurs in the opening day of the season at Seshego Stadium.

Maweja’s win was enough for them to leapfrog TTM and move out of the relegation zone, collecting three vital points which gives them a breather from TTM who lost to Baroka on Friday at Seshego Stadium.

Giyani Hotspurs failed to capitalize on TTM’s slump too and fell to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of the rejuvenated Molemole Academy who have recorded back-to-back victories for the first time in 2018.
