23 March 2018 – What a huge weekend of football the SAFA Limpopo ABC Motsepe League has ahead, The Dolphins FC, after being delayed to their title celebrations by their closest rivals Boyne Tigers, have Ditlou FC on their path between them and the second successive Limpopo ABC Motsepe League crown.

Only a point will do for the sea creatures who have stormed to the title in style with a very impressive second round display which seems to be a trade mark now as they did the same last season when they left it till late to overtake the now non-existent Bellevue Winnerspark who sold their status to Ditlou FC of Sekhukhune region.

The biggest fixture of the week is by no doubt between the two most heavily supported teams in the league, Mikhado FC and Mopani Ndengeza FC. The last time this two new foes met, Mikhado thrashed KaTika by 5 goals to 2 shortly after the appointment of Coach Gabriel Morewa.

The other intriguing race apart from the title race is the one contested by Magesi, Madridtas, Baroka and Mikhado.  Baroka’s race continues on Friday at Seshego Stadium when they welcome relegation threatened Tshakhuma tsha Madzivhandila for what promises to be a very tasty encounter.

The last relegation threatened club, Giyani hotspurs travels to Polokwane to face Coach Cater’s Molemole Academy knowing that a defeat will most likely send them to the SAB League come next season. The teams played to a thrilling 4-4 draw in the first round.

Spurs have lost their most influential player and captain in Kulani Zitha to potential champions, Dolphins FC and he is yet to be replaced.

With home ground advantage and Spurs lacking quality, Molemole might claim maximum points and challenge for the top 8 finish.
