14 February 2018 — The 14th of February is an important date on the MYSAFA calendar – and not just for the romantics within the Association. One year ago on this day MYSAFA registered its first player – a member of the Zwide Pirates LFA Premier League team in SAFA Nelson Mandela Bay. Since that first registration, over 60 000 more have followed with registration volume increasing every week.

This infographic showcases MYSAFA progress over the past year, reflecting the introduction and piloting of the system in the Eastern Cape and then its national expansion and adoption. It also illustrates how the MYSAFA initiative has accelerated through the various phases of provincial, regional and the on-going rollout to SAFA LFAs.

The SAFA Digital would like to thank all MYSAFA users at every level of the SAFA structures for a support, dedication and patience you have shown over the past year.
