9 January 2018 – SAFA Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati Region in North West will host a mini 2017/18 Nedbank Cup play-offs on Sunday, 14 January 2018 to confirm another team from the lower ranks that will compete in the country’s leading knock-out tournament.
The play-offs between the ABC Motsepe sides Bloemfontein Young Tigers and Northern Cape’s Pabalelo Chiefs will be played at Hudi Stadium in Vryheid.
The winner of this mini play-off match will join ABC Motsepe League sides Swallows FC of Gauteng, Orbit College from North West, EC Bees of the Eastern Cape and Happy Wanderers from KwaZulu Natal; along with Manriyeni United of Limpopo, who ply their trade in the SAB League.
Representatives from Mpumalanga and the Western Cape will be confirmed in due course.
Nedbank Cup last 32 draw will be conducted on 15 January 2018.
