18 November 2017 – The ABC Motsepe League will come alive once again this weekend when teams in the Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Western Cape and Eastern Cape clash for three points.

Although both teams have not been doing well in the ABC Motsepe League in the Free State, Sibanye Golden Stars will welcome Kingston at the Bronville Stadium on Saturday.

Sibanye are 11th on the log with nine points, and will be looking to win after they drew 0-0 with Dla2 last weekend.

Their opponents Kingston are on ninth place, also with nine points, and were massive winners last weekend when they thrashed Young Masters 4-2.

Bloemfontein Celtic will be out to maintain their three point lead at the top of the log when they face Mangaung United. Celtic are aware that if they drop points, that will encourage second placed Tshiame All Stars when they make the trip to African All Stars.  If United manages to beat Celtic, and Tshiame also drops points, Unite will have a chance to move to second on the log.

The other big fixtures will see Free State State Stars welcome Dikwena Unite at the Free State Academy, while Kovsies will take on Harmony FC.

In Gauteng, Maccabi will be out to protect their top spot when they visit Swallows FC, while second placed Dondol Stars will welcome Garankua United at the TUT PTA West Campus in a match that could see them slash the gap to just three points. But that will only depend on Maccabi dropping points against Swallows.

Thembisa Sports Centre will take their hunt for their first win this season to Tsakane Stadium, where they will do battle with African All Stars. That will not be an easy battle as All Stars thrashed Valencia 3-1.  Valencia will have a chance to bounce back when they take on Leruma United.

In the KwaZulu Natal ABC Motsepe, leaders Natal United will welcome giant killers KwaDukuza United.  KwaDukuza were the team that held Umvoti to a 1-1 draw last week, helping Natal to go to the top of the log.

Now Umvoti will be hoping that KwaDukuza does the same to Natal, so that they can go back to the top of the log. Umvoti will have their own battle with KwaMashu All Stars.

More battles will be in Limpopo, where Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila will entertain Polokwane Academy, while The Dolphins and Mighty will be engaged in battle.

In Mpumalanga, Phiva Young Stars will welcome TS Galaxy, while Mlambo Royal Cubs will visit Mapulaneng United. FC Benfica will be out for three points when they take on Zone Mavo.

Stream A will see Kakamas Sundowns welcome Olympics, while Kakamas Juventus take on Rasta Fa Eagles. Hungry Lions will take on Mainstay United. In Stream B, Kuruman Kicks will be against Young Stars, with United Rovers taking on Young Pirates.

There will be more battles in North West, Western Cape and Eastern Cape, with Buya Msuthu against North West University being the headline fixture in the North West, while The Magic and Glendene will be the biggest game in Western Cape.

Lions and Matta Milan will headline Eastern Cape clashes.
