20 October 2017 – South African Breweries (SAB), proud sponsors of the SAB League in partnership with the South African Football Association (SAFA) have been on a nationwide roadshow of handing over technical kits to various SAFA Regions ahead of what is expected to be another pulsating edition of the SAB League season.

The technical kits, which include balls, cones, whistles and bibs are aimed at assisting coaches and players in preparation for the upcoming season.

To date, SAB and SAFA have travelled to seven Provinces with the exception of KwaZulu-Natal and Northern Cape who are set to have their kit handover ceremonies on 24 and 31 November respectively.

The technical kit handovers are an addition to the great work done by SAB since partnering with SAFA more than 17 years ago.

In the previous SAB League season, SAB handed over playing kits to all SAB League clubs which was well received by the aspiring professionals.

The SAB League is the largest grassroots football development league in the country, boasting more than 30 000 players participating across the country.
