26 July 2017 – The South African Football Association’s Coaching Education department kicked off the next phase of the SAFA Coaching programmes with a SAFA D License coaching course in KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday, 25 July.

This marked the start of the next phase of SAFA’s roll out of the nationwide coaching programmes that started earlier this year and have seen a number of aspiring coaches obtaining SAFA accredited coaching badges to kick start their professional coaching careers.

The next phase will run until September and will touch various provinces such as KZN, North West, Mpumalanga, Gauteng and the Western Cape.

“We have been on an extensive roll out of these courses which we believe will yield incredible results for our football in the near future. We urge aspiring coaches to take up such courses and be equipped with the most recent and advanced methods of coaching” said SAFA’s Coaching HOD, Mr Frans Mogashoa.
