The Sasol League roadshow in Welkom takes centre stage this weekend as the Free State province hosts the first tour of the season.

Zuka Baloyi in Welkom will play host to two fixtures taking place this weekend in the region where Banyana Banyana coach, Desiree Ellis will have a closer look at the talent on offer. The first game of the double-header will see Grassland Ladies take on Tumahole Ladies at 13h00. The second game will be Central University FS against Kovsies FC in what promises to be the match of the day. The rest of the fixtures in the province will be postponed to 16 June 2017, except the two matches which will be part of the roadshow.

The outstanding fixture in the Northern Cape, Crusader Ladies will welcome Carnarvon Ladies at the Galeshewe stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Bold & The Beautiful will hope to put their loss to Als Puk Tawana last weekend behind them when they travel to the Olympia Sports Stadium to take on Platinum Arsenal Ladies. The battle for top spot intensifies in the Platinum province with a fixture between De’ Scorpion and Gopane Ladies at the Tswelelang Stadium, while Golden Ladies is at home to Titans at Artificial Turf. All fixtures taking place on Saturday afternoon with 15h00 kick-off.

Down in the Western Cape, log leaders Cape Town Roses are high on confidence following their win over Vasco last weekend. This Friday (20h00) at Mandela Park they will be gunning for a similar performance against Portia United. On that same evening Manenburg Ladies are at home to RV United. On Saturday (18h00), Santos Ladies will welcome Maties FC at their academy, while Ikamva will be at home to Milano Ladies United in the earlier 13h00 kick-off.

Lastly in Gauteng, JVW will make the short trip to Kwa-Thema on Saturday afternoon to take on Springs Home Sweepers. Log leaders Palace Super Falcon are at the Mehlareng stadium on Saturday against Pull Together where they will be hoping to stretch their lead at the top. Kick-off for that clash will be 13h00.
