While other provinces are approaching their sixth round of Sasol League fixtures, the Eastern Cape along with the province of Mpumalanga will finally get to jumpstart their league schedules this weekend with teams raring to go.

City Lads FC welcome Golden Stars at the Chevrolet Stadium with the game starting at 15h00. Other notable fixtures in the province will see Birmingham City FC take on Manchester Babes FC at Duncan Village, while Thunderbirds Ladies lock horns with the University of Fort Hare.

With Mpumalanga divided into two streams, stream A will see Leandra FC at home to Moving Church FC at the Leandra stadium on Saturday, while Coal City Wizards travel to Kwa-Mhlanga Ground to take on St. Mary’s Ladies. Stream B will see Likazi Ladies FC at home to TK Stars Ladies. Butterfly Ladies FC welcome Flamingo FC at the Zamani Primary.

In the Free State province, joint log leaders Tsunami will be keen to continue with their impressive start when they welcome bottom side, Mamello Ladies on Saturday afternoon at the Bluegumbosch Stadium. On the same day current Sasol League Champions, Bloemfontein Celtic travel to the Fezile Dabi Stadium to take on Tumahole Ladies where they will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the log.

NWU Vaal Campus will be looking to get their first point of the season when they travel to Giant stadium to take on H. Zebra Force on Saturday. The team from the Vaal is yet to register a single point as they occupy bottom spot, and will be hoping for a much better performance against the Tshwane based outfit. Log leaders, Palace Super Falcon are at Isak Steyl Stadium to take on VUT.

Lindani Ladies who registered yet another convincing win last weekend will fancy their chances this Sunday when they welcome MUBS at Newcentre. Durban Ladies who have had a somewhat slow start to the season will be at home to Real United at Mangosuthu.
