Super Eagles maintained their dominance at the top after recording a 1-0 over African Warriors to move four points clear at the summit.

Bubchu United dropped to third spot as they suffered a 4-3 defeat at the hands of Sibanye Golden Stars FC. They now sit six points behind the leaders.

Harmony took advantage of Bubchu’s stumble and moved up to second spot as they registered a 2-1 win over Central University.

Harmony’s title credentials will be tested in week 25 when they take on fourth place Mangaung Unite, who only sit seven points behind Eagles.

The relegation battle continues to heat up between the bottom three clubs with just a few games to go.

Dla 2 FC boosted their hopes of survival by defeating Dikwena United 4-3 to move four points clear of Dinonyana FC, who were humbled 3-1 by Bloemfontein Young Tigers.

Bottom place Lijabatho moved level on points with Dinonyana after they secured a point at the Platberg Stadium, drawing 1-1 with Tshiame All Stars.

The battle for the drop continues on the weekend, as Dla 2 will travel to Young Tigers, Lijabatho welcome FC Hunters to the Letshabo Stadium and Dinonyana take on African Warriors.
