As many as three teams are still vying for the Kwazulu-Natal ABC Motsepe League title heading into the midweek fixtures.

The battle for Supremacy at the top remains tight after the top two, Uthongathi and Umvoti could not be separated after they played out a 1-1 at Kings Edwards over the weekend.

Uthongathi remain top, two points ahead Umvoti and four ahead of Milford, who also dropped points at the weekend, after being held to a 0-0 draw by Happy Wanderers.

Uthongathi will be hoping for a return to winning ways when they host KwaMashu All Stars, while Umvoti travel to Happy Wanderers on Wednesday afternoon.

Milford’s encounter with KwaDukuza United, which was scheduled for Wednesday, 8 March, will be moved as KwaDukuza are preparing for their Nedbank Cup clash on Saturday.

The relegation battle, meanwhile, is far from over as KwaMashu All Stars, Dundee Rangers, Gamalakhe United and Ashley United are all looking to improve their respective positions.

Bottom place, KwaMashua will have the toughest fixture out of the four relegation candidates, as they host the league leaders at Shaik Mohideen.

Dundee Ranger will play hosts to mid-table Amajuba United, Gamalkhe travel to Matimatolo Stars while Ashley United welcome title-chasing Milford to the Ulundi Stadium.
