Future Tigers and EC Bees will continue their battle for top spot in the Eastern Cape ABC Motsepe League on match day 20.

Tigers slipped up in week 19 after suffering a 2-1 defeat to Morning Stars, while second place Bees closed the gap from four points to one after cruising to a 3-0 win over Tornado.

Mthatha City are still mathematically in the title race following their victory over Morning Stars to move eight points behind Tigers.

Bees will make the trip to Swartkop Valley United Brothers, while Tigers will host Matta Milan, who currently occupy 10th spot.

Meanwhile, the relegation battle is far from over, as United Brothers were brought into the frame after dropping points to Matatiele Professionals last weekend.

Young Ideas will be looking to boost their hopes of survival when they travel to title-chasing Mthatha City as they sit in the drop zone, three points adrift of safety.

City Lads FC and FC Buffalo sit in 12th and 13th spot respectively, but both clubs sit six points ahead of the drop zone heading into week 20, and are by no means safe from the drop.

City Lads will be hoping to move clear of Buffalo when the two sides lock horns on Saturday afternoon.
