The Burger King-sponsored South African National U20 team (Amajita) arrived in Lusaka, Zambia in high spirits, only 15 days before the kick-off of the 2017 CAF U20 African Cup of Nations.

The Burger King-sponsored South African National U20 team (Amajita) arrived in Lusaka, Zambia in high spirits, only 15 days before the kick-off of the 2017 CAF U20 African Cup of Nations.

Amajita are in Zambia for an international friendly match against the AFCON hosts and will be looking to build on boosting the confidence levels. The two teams clash on Sunday afternoon in Lusaka.

Zambia beat Amjita 2-1 during the final of the 2016 Edition of the COSAFA Cup in Rustenburg South Africa last December.

Junior Chipolopolo will host Amajita on Sunday, 12 February 2017 at Nkoloma Stadium in a match that kicks off at 15h00.

Amajita are seeded in group B of the AFCON alongside Cameroon, Senegal and Sudan and will be looking to finish in the top four of the tournament where they will earn an automatic ticket to the 2017 FIFA U20 World Cup to be played in South Korea in May this year.

While hosts Zambia are in group A alongside Egypt, Mali and Guinea.
