The Burger King-sponsored South African Men National U20 team (Amajita) has secured another international friendly match as they build up towards the 2017 CAF U20 African Cup of Nations in Zambia next month.

Amajita will play two matches against Mali at Peter Mokaba Stadium in a move coach Thabo Senong says will harden his players going forward.

“We are very happy to have secured these matches and believe we will gain a lot of momentum with the friendlies against giants like Mali.

We have two West African teams in our group, so these matches will assist us in addressing some strengths and weakness of the West Africans,” said coach Thabo Senong.

The first match against Mali will be behind closed doors, on 16 February 2017 and kicks off at 15h00 while the official international friendly will take place on Sunday, 19 February 2017 and will also kick off at 15h00. Entrance to both matches is FREE.
