SAFA’s NEC member and chair of the Technical Committee, Anastasia ‘Natasha’ Tsichlas will be the Match Commissioner in Saturday’s CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations final between defending champions Nigeria and hosts Cameroon.

The veteran football administrator has been in Cameroon since the beginning of the tournament together with other SAFA NEC members Nomsa Mahlangu and Ria Ledwaba among others.

Tsichlas said she feels honoured to be appointed by CAF to be the Match Commissioner for the final.

“This is a great honour for me and the country to be appointed as Match Commissioner; it goes to show how South Africa’s football administrators are valued around the continent and globally,” said Tsichlas from Cameroon.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns boss is a veteran in continental and world football administration and sits on numerous of CAF and FIFA committees.
