Day 2 of the FIFA Administrators course for women began on a high note on Tuesday, 18 October 2016 with participants contributing to the topic of the day.

The FIFA Administrators course for women has been designed to empower and educate women on how they can contribute to the beautiful game and empower them.

The morning began with participants speaking and sharing on issues they face in their work places. Discussions and debates were also held to try and come up with solutions for some of the issues faced by women in this male-dominated industry.

FIFA instructor Mrs Ebru Koksal was very impressed with the contributions made by the participants and believes South Africa as a country is in great hands if some of these women are given an opportunity to lead football.

“There are capable women among the participants and the potential is there, provided it is fully nurtured,”said Mrs Koksal.

The course will run until Wednesday afternoon when SAFA President, Dr Danny Jordaan will get some feedback from the participants about their experience.
