Ndzandzeka was born on 26 October 1979 from a small town of Cungcwini, Idutywa in the Eastern Cape.

He made his Premier Soccer League (PSL) debut in 2011/2012, where he officiated the clash between Ajax Cape Town and Golden Arrows.

Ndzandzeka’s most memorable game was during the 2014/2015 MTN Quarter Final between Ajax Cape Town and Orlando Pirates, which was the late Senzo Meyiwa’s last match.
