Today marks 50 days to the long awaited 2015 FIFA World Cup and Amajimbos will continue with preparations from tonight when they report for yet another weekend camp to finalize all medical tests.

South Africa are drawn in group E for the World Cup alongside Russia, Korea DPR and Costa Rica and the group stage matches will be played in the City of Concepcion, Chile at Estadio Municipal Ester Roa.

Amajimbos will need to secure first or second spot in the group to progress to the next round of the tournament. With 50 days left before the kick off on 17 October 2015 Amajimbos are psyched up with excitement and insist that they will go to Chile to compete and not just add numbers.

“We are not afraid at the endless possibilities that lie ahead for us; said Captain Nelson Maluleke. We are about to stamp our authority in the world of football and we promise to raise the country’s flag high”.

Coach Molefi Ntseki has announced a preliminary squad that still needs to prove that they are the perfect combination. Amajimbos will have a weekend camp from tonight and their final camp ahead of their departure to Chile will begin of 18 September 2015.
