Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Moeneeb Josephs has been withdrawn from the Bafana Bafana squad to face Madagascar due to injury. Josephs sustained the injury in his club's one nil victory over Mpumalanga Black Aces on Wednesday night.

 

His place has been taken by the National  Under 20 team goalkeeper Darren Keet of Bidvest Wits. On the sidelines, Josephs joins his teammate Teko Modise and Franklin Cale of Ajax Cape Town who also had to be withdrawn from the squad because of injuries.

 

Meanwhile all players have reported for camp and the squad is on its way to Kimberly where they will set up camp. South Africa takes on Madagascar on Saturday at the GWK Stadium (Absa Stadium) in Kimberly. Kick off is 15h30.
