 The South African Football Association (SAFA) and the National Public Broadcaster SABC have agreed on terms to televise the international friendly match between South Africa and Burkina Faso. The match is scheduled for Wednesday 10 August 2011 at Ellis Park stadium, and it will be broadcast live on SABC radio stations and television (SABC1) at 8:15pm.
SAFA and the SABC have committed to fast track the process of finalising the long term broadcast rights contract.
Tickets for the showdown between Bafana Bafana and Burkina Faso are on sale at Computicket outlets, Shoprite, Checkers stores and they sell at R50 for upper tier seats and R100 for lower tier seats.
SABC radio Stations will also give away tickets to lucky listeners. |
